Every Wednesday, there is something called Double Ad Wednesday at Sprouts and Sunflower Farmer's Markets. This is where you get the prices for what was on sale last week as well as what is on sale this week. So, you get that final chance to get last week's prices, as well as a preview into what's on sale the upcoming week. I always save my ad's for Sprouts and Sunflower so that I can compare and decide what I want to buy on Wednesday. The new ad comes out on Tuesday, so that's when I make my list. Both ads are available online on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On My List this week to buy:
1. Cherries- $1.47 lb all This week. Down from 2.49 last week
2. Strawberries $1.25 Today only. This was last week's price. This week they are $2.00
3. Blueberries $1.25 Today only. This was last week's price. This week they are $2.00
4. Cantaloupe & Pineapple $2.00 each Today only. This was last week's price. I don't know how much they will be this week.
5. Peaches & Nectarines $1.49 lb This week price. Down from $1.88 last week.
6. Red & Green Pears $.99 lb Today only. Last week's price. I don't know how much they will be this week.
7. Avocados are down to .88 cents from .99 cents last week
8. Chicken Breast and Center Cut Pork Chops or Roast are $2.99 today only.
9. Romaine Lettuce Hearts (3 pack) $1.99 Last Day!
10. Watermelon is 4lbs for $1.00
11. Large lobster tails are $5.99

4. Watermelon is 4 lbs for $1.00 this week instead of 3lbs for a Dollar from last week.
5. Strawberries, Blueberries and Blackberries are the same price at $2.00 but this week, Raspberries join the list also.
6. Cantaloupe is .99 cents for today only
7. Apricots, plus, peaches and nectarines are $1.77 pound this week
8. Chicken Breast is $1.99 today only, going up to $2.99 this week
9. Lobster tails are $4.99 each
